Subscription Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless paused or canceled prior to renewal.
Users authorize recurring billing upon enrollment.
Medication Fulfillment
Prescription fulfillment may occur on a recurring basis depending on your treatment plan.
Medications are fulfilled through licensed partner pharmacies.
Pausing or Canceling
Users may pause or cancel subscriptions through their customer account portal.
Cancellation requests submitted after billing may apply to the next billing cycle.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds are provided for:
- prescribed medications;
- compounded medications;
- shipped products;
- completed provider consultations;
- fulfilled laboratory services.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, JoinLongLive may:
- suspend services;
- pause prescription fulfillment;
- terminate subscriptions.
