The Services are intended solely for users located within the United States in states where our affiliated providers are licensed to provide telehealth services.

JoinLongLive does not currently provide services to residents of:

• Alaska
• Massachusetts
• Mississippi
• New Jersey
• Rhode Island
• Vermont

Users located in restricted states may not access medical services through the platform.

JoinLongLive provides administrative, technology, communications, and management services that support telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment.

Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare providers contracted through third-party medical groups and telehealth staffing organizations, including LocumTele.

JoinLongLive is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine.

Healthcare providers are solely responsible for:

• Medical decisions
• Diagnoses
• Treatment plans
• Prescribing decisions
• Clinical care

Use of the Services does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Certain products available through the Services require a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.

Prescriptions may include compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy.

JoinLongLive currently partners with:

Users understand and acknowledge:

• compounded medications are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs;
• compounded medications are customized formulations prepared by licensed pharmacies;
• treatment outcomes vary by individual;
• prescriptions are subject to provider discretion and medical appropriateness.

JoinLongLive operates on a recurring subscription model.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize JoinLongLive to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis unless paused or canceled through your customer account portal.

Subscription services may include:

• telehealth consultations;
• asynchronous provider messaging;
• prescription refill management;
• recurring medication fulfillment;
• laboratory testing coordination;
• access to educational resources.

Subscription pricing may change upon notice to users.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS PAUSED OR CANCELED PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE.

You may pause or cancel your subscription through your account portal.

Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the customized and prescription nature of compounded medications and telehealth services, JoinLongLive does not provide refunds for:

• shipped medications;
• fulfilled prescriptions;
• partially used subscription periods;
• completed consultations;
• laboratory services;
• provider review services.

JoinLongLive reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Certain states require synchronous audio/video consultations before prescriptions may be issued.

As of the Effective Date, this requirement applies to:

• Utah
• Virginia
• Arkansas

Users located in these states may be required to complete a live audio/video consultation prior to receiving prescription treatment.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• comply with provider instructions and medical guidance.

You agree not to:

• misuse prescriptions;
• provide false medical information;
• attempt to obtain medications fraudulently;
• interfere with platform security;
• use the Services on behalf of another person.

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from JoinLongLive and its service providers.

Communications may include:

• appointment reminders;
• prescription updates;
• refill notifications;
• shipping notifications;
• customer support communications;
• account alerts;
• marketing communications where permitted by law.

Third-party service providers, including Ola Digital Health, may facilitate such communications.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions.

You acknowledge that electronic communications may not always be secure.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

All content, software, branding, graphics, text, logos, and materials on the Website are owned by JoinLongLive or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written authorization.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINLONGLIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JoinLongLive does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access to the Services;
• prescription approval;
• treatment success;
• specific medical outcomes.

Medical information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not replace individualized medical advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOINLONGLIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

JOINLONGLIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOINLONGLIVE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association.

You agree:

• to waive the right to a jury trial;
• to waive participation in class actions or representative proceedings;
• that arbitration shall occur individually.

The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Georgia.

Venue for arbitration shall be Georgia unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to admin@joinlonglive.com.

JoinLongLive reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or misuse of the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
